The man that did my pedicure was younger. He was extremely violent. He cut off a blister and poured alcohol on it. He threw nail polish and utensils. He threw my feet into the water and held them down and popped my toes. He threw something after I paid. When he left, I got my stuff together and ran out. Never going there again. He was awful. I was terrified.
Always a pleasant experience! Everyone is friendly and professional .... unless I am on a roll, then they all let loose and crack up too! Very clean atmosphere! Love Sasa Nails and everyone there!
Everyone was super nice and always making sure I was comfortable. I will be making this place my permanent place to get a mani pedi!!!!

RecommendedThis was my first time going to this salon. Very clean and nice looking. Was greeted and asked what I needed which I said a fill with shellac polish. Sat down and he started working on my nails. In the process my finger was cut, when he put the polish on it was not even. Had these done on Friday and Saturday morning I noticed the polish is peeling off, which has never happened before. My fingers around the cuticles are red and sore. BEST dip nails I’ve ever had! I’ve gone to several different places in and out of Springfield and this is the best my nails have ever looked and the longest they’ve lasted. Shout out to Helen for such a great job!

I did not have an appointment but was seen right away. I have a latex allergy and noticed she was wearing latex gloves. A gentleman came over quickly with different gloves and ask if those would work. The woman I had was very kind and personable. The building was very clean. I’ll be back!
