I am new to receiving prescription meds for my very recent diagnosis. I have had the run around & an AWFUL experience with a primary care provider prior to finding Joe. I personally have had such a great experience with him & the office. I had poor Internet during our appointment. Called back to ask about med refills. Psychiatrist has made no effort to reach back out. Dismissed my issues and didn't even read my intake forms. Waste of time.
