Declined a valid prescription request from my pharmacy for a current medication that I have taken daily for asthma for years. Request was also placed on communication platform for my doctor beforehand, never received a response before leaving office for a long weekend. I was told by office staff that no other doctor is able to prescribe medication as they are unable to undo the decline. Was assigned this doctor for VA community health care. I’ve had two appointments with this doctor and both were done with her talking over me, being pushy about things I don’t care to talk about, and having a lack of respect for what I have to say about my own health. Along with all of this, they billed my insurance incorrectly, so now I have to deal with that garbage. Terrible service, would absolutely not recommend!
