Maybe an off night but the rice was salty and there was a weird smoky flavor to all nigiri. I won't go back.
Get all the tasting spoons and then omakase. White out roll and tuna crackers are great too.
The wait can feel like multiple lifetimes. Arrive early or eat ahead of time.
This is hands down the best sushi I've ever had. Don't come here so I can get a better seat next time.
Anything with hamachi is amazing - they have gluten free soy sauce on request and really knowledgable wait staff
Wait wasn't an hour outside; but have been sitting here for about 40 minutes and counting since we ordered Omakase nigiri 8 pieces for a party of 4. .... Oh food arrived - 4/8 pieces at a time.
"No soy sauce" (built-in) .... So I took a bite of each and doused it jn BOTH wasabi and soy sauce anyways 😋
nice local sushi spot in Noe. The hamachi truffle was to die for. good for dates
Expensive but very high quality. Go before it opens to guarantee an in. Spicy cracker is the best.
