There is nobody who cares more for getting things fixed and Steve KNOWS how to explain, when possible. I've used Sartor for many houses and technical suggestions. If he can't fix something, he is honest and deserves some credit for how busy he is... VERY BUSY. Give him a break and I know he is knowledgeable... if he CAN fix it, but give him the respect that it has taken years and years to learn. He explained the problems that happen with the vendors. Worst business ever. Unfortunately they were my Walmart protection plan, they started working on my TV June itâ??s now almost October they donâ??t return my phone calls . I still donâ??t have my television and of course Asurion isnâ??t even getting back in contact with me .I paid a lot of money for my TV and Iâ??m getting no protection and no service beware worst service ever. BEWARE U BEEN WARNED!!! – This company is a joke, don't cb, no follow up, and don't even answer their phone during business hrs. If this business that swamped hire help! Also this vendor is a 2nd party to other major companies, Best Buy, Circuit City, Walmart, Sam's, and Target. U almost can't bypass them b/c other business we shop out all use SARTOR. Worst in PLANO!!! – First of all they were late in showing up to my house to check out my 50" plasma. Then they took with to check it out and make repairs, with a promise to call the next day with an update. NO call. That was last week, well as of today I still have NOT gotten a call back from any one at this freak'n store regarding my tv. They truely SUCK and I will never send any eletronic to get fixed there. THANKS to SAM's which contracts their work to these dumB&$$.

STAY CLEAR – My Magnavox TV kept loosing the picture, so Magnavox referred me to this company to do the repair under warranty. They did not come out to look at the TV. They wanted to order the part first. (I guess they thought they knew what was wrong with it without looking) I waited 6 weeks for the part to come. They came out to fit the new part and announced it was not the correct part. I am now waiting for the correct part to come in. Every week they promise it will be here. Careful here – Took my stereo receiver in. After 6 weeks I finally called them to see what was up. They finally got around to it but I think I see the same probably starting to happen again, which means they didn't fis it. Then I called for an in home video hookup. "Oh sure" they said. After several calls and no call backs I moved on.

Scam!!! Stay away from this company!!! – These people sold me a Mitsubishi lamp for $150 more than manufacture price!! I called them and told them the price was $395 and I was charged$550, I was told it's because this is what they paid for it!!!!

quick service for GOOD tv's, highly recommended by me and David. – Have any of you ever heard of buying a lemon product...? I was watching the cowboys game vs the eagles and my philips 50PF9630D/37 popped and went out. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS – !!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!! This is not a business you should use. I had given my DVD player for repair on 5/15/08 (for a simple problem - the tray was not opening). I tried on numerous occasions to get a status - but the ill-informed employees had no clue - but they were always equipped with some lame excuse.
