I had a great experience with brain spotting at Sarran Counseling. Alice was a great therapist. She explained everything fully and was very patient throughout the process. I was skeptical of brain spotting at first (it feels a little woo woo) but it made a huge difference in my life after just a few sessions. I'm much calmer and less reactive than I was before I did it. I'm so happy that I have this tool in my mental health toolkit now. Would highly recommend Alice to anyone!
