Open late, free delivery. I am a fan of the pizza Roma. I have tried their salads, desserts, cheese sticks, sandwiches, and everything in between. Sarpinos is excellent and consistent. I recommend to everyone!
I have always been loyal to sarpinos but after tonight they lost a loyal customer. Do not call to them they screwed up your order cuz they will call you a liar and agitate you right from the start. I got passed around to 3 different people and the 3rd person said " so there is a problem with a blt that was supposedly wrong ". I don't lie so it was wrong and I had to throw it out. What a shame! And then said I was lying about the bacon also. Bad customer service!!!!!

I normally LOVE Sarpinos!! I have never had an issue and pizza is always delivered in a timely manner and always piping hot. However, last night I was incredibly DISAPPOINTED! Ordered a specialty pizza that had shrimp as a topping. The shrimp was not cleaned. It was extremely disgusting. I had to peel off all of the shrimp. What a waste. I would also like if the combo wings were separated and the two flavors not combined together in the tins.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Logan the "store manager" does not know how to deal with people! Customer is never wrong but he will tell you otherwise! The pizza was soggy and over sauced on half of it! Instead of owning up to there mistake, I was told to come back only to be told sorry I won't do anything for you!
