at 10:10-10:15 pm I called three times, just to get an attitude from the manager tonight after waiting on the phone for 5-10 mins. "Can You please Hold" was said in a very rude way. I believe his name is Justin or Jess and I have been loyal to this location for a while now. I will no longer be conduct my business with them and move on. I do not want anything but he needs to learn how to speak to people.
Ordered online and it said my delivery time was 4:45 AM. Called the store to ask if that time was accurate and Christina, had no customer service skills at all. No empathy, nothing. I aksed if the delivery time was correct and she said "we are busy, we will get it too you as soon as possible" completely monitone. Asked again if it will be 4:45 AM when I get it and she says " I already told you, it'll get there, when it gets there." Rude. The Overland Park Sarpinos runs a lot better and with more empathetic employees.

Ordered here around 9-9:30 last night and was not disappointed! Quick delivery,friendly nice driver, when I was unable to tip (which I try to do when able) he was very nice about it. The calzones were hot and cheesy vegetarian and were delicious! My mom and I enjoyed it and will order here again! Best local sarpinos in my opinion. Calzones from other local sarpinos have been raw in the past. Not the case here. Great job! Delicious! And also appreciate the $10 credit! Will be using it for a free lunch! 5 stars for sure :-)

Terrific service and great pizza! Steve and Cathy generously fed 160 women mountain bikers at a fraction of the regular cost. We love these two and will continue to be loyal customers!
