Glad they are bringing names and events to Fresno, but WHEN are you going to do something about the sound. It’s at a point where if there’s something at Saroyan I want to see, I really hesitate. It’s Saroyan’s downfall.
Unreasonable security policy. Refused to respond to my legitimate question on FB, just deleted the comment.
Not helpful with the seating. When we asked the woman said "You're down there " pointing to the orchestra , but no real direction. It would be good if the venue had more visual directions so that people that never been there know where to go , and that employees were more helpful.
The sound was horrible. I could only understand about half of Rodney's set. He even stopped and told them to fix it at one point. How embarrassing for this theater! Some women brought in big purses but I heard others were turned away. Either follow your own rule or do away with it!
