When are we getting indo regarding refunds for the Blue Man Group show?
Tonight there was a significant water leak from the roof/ceiling. Show was cancelled. The theatre staff had no clue of what to do and there was no management giving guidance to the staff or guests. Very disappointed on how they reacted. Glad it wasn’t a true emergency.
Pipe burst in ceiling water pouring out. Thirty minutes later and the staff has not said a word. Shame on you
Attended the Jo Koy show last night and their PA system was messed up so we couldn’t hear the show! Yes, we’ll be refunded, but what a waste of my time! I paid for parking, snacks and drinks for a show I couldn’t hear.
Great venue- good value - love the acoustics!
