She is friendly, and did a thorough skin exam. However, I had scrape biopsies that came back abnormal. The receptionist called me to schedule excisions. I had little to no explanation of the procedure, and was never given other options besides the surgery. As I was on the table she told me she was giving me 3-4 stiches. When I got home there were 9 - I felt buthcered. No one explained to me how much pain I d have, or that my range of motion would be limited by the amount of tissue being removed.
