never pick up call, and they are present in the office.
these guys never pick up the call. my infant had an allergy incident and we were advised by the medics that came in to call the Primary care doc office to ask the doctor on if we should continue with regular milk/formula for the baby. i called them 50 times and they never answered. atlast i decided to leave a voice mail. I had an appointment 3 days after with them and i asked the staff about not picking up and they said we were open that day and we received ur voicemail and gave it to the nurse. but the nurse never called ba... read more
Terrible office. They NEVER answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Daughter was in the room with the doctor and a nurse just walked in without knocking and just proceeded to talk to doctor. If you have an appt be prepared to be there for at least 2 hours. I'm in the process of looking for a new Dr. They use to be a great office and all the doctors and staff changed and it's HORRIBLE now. I would rather take my kids to a walk in clinic then to this doctors office.
