food is 2nd- 3 rate its not fresh tasting. Noodles greasy,calf rolls ok,meat needs better sauce cheap tasting shrimp temp ok. Tastes like dumplings were made 2/3 days ago Japanese food is like & Mexican food though some recipes can be complex, most f everyjust use fresh ingredients good sauce & it makes its self, its simple food
