we did an order pick up late Friday, around 8:20pm. Got home realized they forgot to include 1 plate. Went in the next day with receipt and let them know about their error. the worker Daniel I believe. Got defensive and told me I would need to go online to do a claim. No good customer service at all. My son loves this place. I stopped eating here because he’s found hair in his food, but he’s 12 and still loves it lol. Anyway, today was officially the last time we’ll be ordering from here. My son went in to pick up his to-go order, and when the older lady at the register asked for the name, he told her. I’m not sure if she couldn’t hear him or didn’t understand him, but she kept saying “what?” and he kept repeating himself. Today I witnessed a cashier that mis treated another cashier and very unprofessional way of handling customers and other teams. When I bring it up to her she asked me to leave.
I love yummy yummy chicken as my kids call it. They're so fast and fresh. Great place to eat.
