The quality of food and the customer service at this location is poor. I ordered take out and had someone pick it up. When I received my food it was not prepared the way I ordered it on the app. I tried calling the restaurant and of course the phone just rings and rings and it finally goes to a voicemail that is full. If you want the Sarku food that you have come to enjoy and love visit a different location. At least if you have a problem, you can get it resolved.
We ate chicken teriyaki.
My 1st time here and I’m not impressed. 3 guys standing around while the sushi guy is working his tail off. They give you a number but then they don’t call the number? Too slow. I will not be back! It wasn’t even that busy!
