As a person that is part Pacific Islander and Japanese I have been eating Japanese and Asian my entire life. Sarku which is located in the Northridge Mall has terrible food that wasn't thoroughly cooked. The customer service wasn't good because the person working the counter didn't seem to comprehend English. The workers working at Sarku weren't Japanese or Asian they were Mexicans who know absolutely nothing about Asian cuisine. I threw the food into the trash and wouldn't ever again order anything from this fake Asian take... read more
They were very kind people. Not only was the food good, I lost my bag and they kept it safe for when I came back to retrieve it.
