Food is tasty, staff is nice and efficient, prices are legit.
This is the second time I’m trying the food at Sarku Japan at Plaza Bonita. The first time I ordered was chicken teriyaki. It was flavorful. The latest one I ordered was green dragon rolls rolls. I notice that the cashier who prepared my dragon rolls didn’t change his disposable clear gloves. He didn’t change it even to the customer before me. Wish I could leave 0 stars. My family and I usually eat here everytime we come to the mall but unfortunately today will be our last time eating at this location. My toddler found multiple hairs entangled in her rice in her chicken plate. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! Google would not let me post a photo but the photo is posted on my yelp review.
