On Friday, January 30, 2026, I ordered two chicken teriyaki meals and one beef teriyaki, all to go. I had never experienced any problems before that day. However, shortly after eating the food, my husband, my son, and I all became very sick. We had stomach pains and had to use the bathroom several times. The stomach upset lasted until Monday. My husband’s condition was worse; he ate the beef teriyaki. I’m not sure what happened that day, but unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning
Amazing quick Japanese meal! I stopped by Sarku Japan at Plaza Bonita and was really impressed! The teriyaki meals are full of flavor and cooked fresh right in front of you and the sauce is tasty, the chicken was tender, and the veggies were crisp. The portions were generous, and it was a great value for what you get. I also tried some of their sushi rolls, and they were surprisingly good too.
