Worthless warranty. Our contract said Sargent Roofing gives a 10-year warranty on labor and 20 years on the roof underlayment. In July 2021 we spent almost $15,000 to have Sargent completely replace our tile roof. In May 2026 I noticed that tiles were slipping because they had not been properly secured, so I contacted him about the warranty. After numerous unreturned calls, e-mail, and website inquiries, he finally came out and inspected the roof, then gave us an estimate of $1,500 to repair his mistakes. Needless to say, I ... read more
This company is horrible. They stole thousands of dollars from my friends and don’t pay their employees. Do not use this disgusting business
Austin and team were great to work with. Communication and expectations were great throughout the process. There were multiple checkpoints throughout which allowed me to ask questions and understand what to expect. The work was done with on time and I am highly satisfied. I would use Sargent Roofs again.
My roof repair was expedited and repaired within a couple days. The construction crew came out and finished the job perfectly. They were professional and respectful and I’m very happy with the services.
Very professional installation and follow-up. Recommended.
