Good communication from the office when scheduling the appraisal. Appraiser was just a few minutes late but was very polite, professional, and thorough (as well as apologetic for the timeliness). *Very* satisfied with the both the quality and the timeliness of the appraisal.
Terrible customer service! The worst. Very hard dealing with them, highly unprofessional, rude.
This company isn't professional at all , I had an appraisal scheduled for today 4/18/2016.Full disclosure it did storm overnight and there was some flash flooding , but Sargent Appraisal Services is located in Cinco ranch in which didn't get flooded and my home is in Fairfield (cypress).The travel between is 21 miles and both neighborhoods are located right off the Grand Parkway also know as hwy 99 ( cinco ranch I10/99 , Fairfield 290/99)in which again didn't have any flooding.The appointment was scheduled for 11am , I went ... read more
