This is the second time the Sargeant Team has sold a home for us and helped us purchase new homes. I appreciate the open and ease of communication, convenience when using the different platforms for showings, documents, etc. Their photographer is second to none and Lauren always thinks about things that I don’t regarding the specifics of home repairs and inspections. At the same time, she also sold our home, which received multiple full price offers and was under contract within 48 hours of hitting the market. She is meticulous, tenacious and an absolutely delight to work with!
