Up through recently I have been pleased with the care we have received there but.... Have a family member that paid over $500 for lens that came and apparently were defective and had to be returned to the lab....and somehow the lab who messed up is taking an additional 2 weeks to redo the lens.....seriously???? Seems to me the eyewear department messed up somehow. We are going to be going on over a month waiting for the lens. The docs there are great but the eyewear department had been horrible. Efficient and courteous staff. Very clean and well designed floor plan. I've been going to Dr. Ching for years. He takes great care of me and my eyes. I would definitely recommend them.
