My son got dental work here, he's just a kid and they told us only one of could go back there, so I stayed back. I watched a lady and her to kids go back there, then an elderly couple go back there with their son, when he was done they wouldn't let me go back there either. They say it's policy but you'll see a lot of people going back there. My son came out crying, he said they told him to shut up and had the worse experience there. This is the 2nd time I have had surgery at this place in the last year. The first time I thought everyone was just having a bad day. It happens to the best of us. The front office all are extremely rude, uninviting and seem annoyed with everyone. I stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged by Carrie. Then dealing with Marie was a complete NIGHTMARE! She is the rudest person in healthcare that I have ever come across.
