This is the 2nd time I have had surgery at this place in the last year. The first time I thought everyone was just having a bad day. It happens to the best of us. The front office all are extremely rude, uninviting and seem annoyed with everyone. I stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged by Carrie. Then dealing with Marie was a complete NIGHTMARE! She is the rudest person in healthcare that I have ever come across. The staff at Saratoga Surgical Center were wonderful. Shannon my prep nurse was very patient, kind, and caring. The anesthesiologist was very caring and informative. Dr. Michael Reyes is a great doctor, caring, and informative. Thank you for taking good care of me. God Bless the medical staff at Saratoga Surgical Center.
