Staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. My appointment was cancelled the day before, with less than 24 hours notice due to a bit of snow. They rescheduled me to almost a month later. The day before my appointment I was told they were unable to perform a simple teeth cleaning, and instead I needed to come in for a consultation and x-rays, despite not wanting either of these things.
