Never answer the phones ,out for lunch ,then no one picks up at any extension . My time us important ,must be their patients aren't important enough to have someone pick up a line. Waited 2 hours ,no one pick up any of the extensions

Very easy to get in touch with, great with communication and scheduling, and doctors who will listen, never make you feel judged, and know exactly what they're talking about. Bonus points for being LGBT friendly
Dr. Josephson is that rare doctor who bothers to take a full history himself; REALLY listens; gives his patients all the time they need with him; considers any useful, proven integrative practices; and believes and respects his patients.
