The practice expanded into Saratoga, with the addition of Dr. Arthur Ostrov, in 1981 and changed names to Saratoga Schenectady Gastroenterology Associates. Excellent experience. Friendly RNs and Drs
Avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself a lot of headache and just go to Albany instead. These people will treat you like a deadbeat over a $50 billing dispute while making thousands in insurance billing off of you. Most of the staff (with the exception of the some of the infusion nurses and the appointment manager) are extremely rude and talk down to patients. The staff is awesome and they welcome you like you're the only patient. My experience was seem less from my consultation through my procedure and follow up.
It's a great place and the doctors are great especially Dr. Boyer but being sick sucks
Whats sad is when your a past patient trying to schedule an appointment because you haven't been feeling well again and you get told you have to wait until November. The doctors where great but due me no good if I can't see them, guess you can call me a former patient now.
