The practice expanded into Saratoga, with the addition of Dr. Arthur Ostrov, in 1981 and changed names to Saratoga Schenectady Gastroenterology Associates. Over the years, the group has expanded to include sixteen gastroenterologists, and five mid-level practitioners. Appalling! After being a client for over a year, waiting endlessly in their waiting rooms, the secretary gave me the incorrect time and they called to confirm the incorrect time with me they refused to see me because supposedly I was 15 minutes late! I begged the receptionist to please let them know that we were having a 2 month insurance laps while my husband started a new job. I told her I needed to see him to get my prescription renewed. She was no help at all. I will NOT be back. Heartbreaking because I like the doctors ... read more
