George's advise on diagnosing my Suzuki engine issue was stop on. I was up and run that day.
As good as they get! George was an absolute godsend fixing an issue that Saratoga Boat Care claimed could only be fixed at a Yamaha dealer after trying to charge/defraud me $1500 of unauthorized "work". George correctly diagnosed the problem and spent a full afternoon getting it running tip top including taking it on a ride down the lake to make sure it was all set. I see other people have had the same poor experience that we had and every time his response is you must’ve called the wrong number. We stopped at the business over 1 month prior to our needed winterization to schedule our appointment as we also needed work done on the throttle cables. When we showed up for today’s appointment we were told he didn’t have time. He then went on to vent about the fact he is 71 years old and has too many boats to keep up with.
