George has always been available, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Be it repairing our old boat prior to sale, recommending the right configuration in purchasing a new one, and now, handling our winterization and storage needs. We appreciate all that he has done!
I attempted to call this business to make an appointment for my boat. After, leaving a message and not hearing back I made a couple of other attempts and no answer, finally someone picked up the phone and I was greeted with F-U. I thought certainly this must be a mistake, I looked the number up again to make sure I was dialing correctly and redialed. Again, someone picked up and said F-U. I tried one more time and received the same response. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.
Brought my boat to them for a run through before putting it on the water...George was very honest and helpful..and also ANSWERED HIS PHONE EVERYTIME I CALLED... I would definitely recommend Saratoga powerboat services
