I wish I never met Cecil the weasel! This pathetic excuse for a business owner told me a different lie every time we spoke! I had to baby sit the entire project, even demand the stop at certain time because of mistakes and corners cut. I had to force them to reschedule pouring the concrete slab because there was frost and frozen dirt.
