This group was great when I first started seeing them almost 8 years ago. Carl was great, but I haven't seen him in years. For the past three years, a typical response to my call was to go to urgent care. Service here has gone down the tubes and my opinion is that the patient experience is no longer a priority - probably because they don't have the staff to service the patient load. Imagine not feeling like you can call your doctor when you're not feeling well... time to move on.
