Would NOT recommend this office to anyone seeking a conscientious urologist, locally or otherwise. I was seen by Dr. Otto and personally followed up for weeks (with no help from office staff) for a response on CT images only to be told the results cannot be determined. Upon seeking a second opinion, office staff let me know records can only be released by filling out an in-person form or using physical mail. Please join us in this century and adopt email?

I was an established patient at this office and the provider I was seeing left the practice for another. After failing in my attempts to get established at that providers office, I elected to transfer my care to another provider at Saratoga Urology. By this point, I was out of the medication I was taking as well. I made an appointment to get established with Dr. Ortiz at Saratoga Urology. Ice cold is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about their receptionist. No feelings of remorse whatsoever. Dr. Otto would not take me when I was 8 minutes late for an appointment, even after I expressed immediate concern about a concerning lump. Couldn’t offer any appointments until 2 months later. Joke of an organization. Won’t return.
