I love my PA Emily Melone who acts as my PCP. She is so thoughtful, empathetic, and intelligent. Every nurse I've had at this practice is lovely as well. I know most people come on these things to vent frustration- so I wanted to give my 2 cents about a pleasant pcp relationship.
This place is TERRIBLE. Second year in a row my primary cancelled on me 10 mins before my appointment. I called a few weeks ago to get a same day sick appointment and they couldn’t get me in for 3 days. This place is a mess.
Been having a strange problem for a few weeks. Have made 2 sick visits hoping to figure it out. On Friday, my provider (Darragh) had her nurse call me and tell me to go to urgent care, because I have a fever “unresponsive to NSAIDs.” I told her urgent care already said they can’t help me, so she suggested emergent care or the emergency room. Been going to this place since 2012 always have wonderful doctors there for any cause or recommendation need they will help get u that referral or Rx refill etc. I always recommend a lot of the doctors here to a lot of ppl out there looking for one
I have been going to Jennifer L. Borden for years. She is very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I’m changing my insurance coverage so I don’t have to leave her. My current insurance will not cover Albany Med Health Systems as of January 1, 2024. She is a great doctor. Everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly. ( She’s definitely more like 10 Stars).
