This office is absolutely horrendous. Rude, not very accommodating. They don’t know what they are doing, so much miscommunication and false information given to different parties. I had my insurance call them multiple times for an auth req they supposedly put in. (Ins has nothing on file) The auth/referral dept. are not efficient and lack empathy towards patients in excruciating pain. People at this office need to be retrained. As someone who works in this field I’m dumbfounded by the negligence.

I love my PA Emily Melone who acts as my PCP. She is so thoughtful, empathetic, and intelligent. Every nurse I've had at this practice is lovely as well. I know most people come on these things to vent frustration- so I wanted to give my 2 cents about a pleasant pcp relationship.

This place is TERRIBLE. Second year in a row my primary cancelled on me 10 mins before my appointment. I called a few weeks ago to get a same day sick appointment and they couldn’t get me in for 3 days. This place is a mess.
