The most unprofessional doctors office I've ever encountered. I've been waiting months for an appointment with significant neurological symptoms impacting my life. Ive spoken with the office multiple times over this time confirming the appointment, ensuring the chart was faxed over etc. I was supposed to see them at 1245pm. I definitely recommend Dr. Mullin, his staff especially Summer who all took great care of my son's needs. We are from out of state and my son needed to see a neuro from the area after an emergency visit. SUMMER worked relentlessly, dealt with my son's pcp back home to get him seen asap. I'm so thankful for her and the staff. As a parent, they eased my mind and address my concerns.

My dad had an appointment, being a military man he shows up early to all his appointments, never late. He arrived 15 minutes prior to his appointment which was at 1:00. He checks in, they tell him to sit. Then 1:20 rolls around, they tell him to come up and tell him that he is late and they can’t see him because the doctor doesn’t have time. Who the hell do you think you are? How do you mess with someone’s appointment like this and blame them for being late when they were 15 minutes early!!!!!! Shame on you. Selfishly I have been hesitant to post a review about Dr. LaFaver because I don’t want to share her! She is truly THE BEST! She is so caring and patient. She has advocated for me with the insurance company multiple times. At each appointment she shares articles, book suggestions and techniques for me to try. She definitely does her research and stays on top of the latest treatment options. Most importantly she has never been dismissive of me. She has always treated me with respect and kindness.
