This was once a great practice when Dr Yepes was alone there but since taking in the two female doctors they just don't care.I called this morning after having gone through a full day of a very blood red eye and discharge.I called and they gave me the number of an emergency doctor he was off today so I called back and the person I spoke with said she would speak to dr Hue who never called back still sitting here on a Friday afternoon very unprofessional from reception staff to all the doctors
Stopped in this morning lady at the front desk was so rude and nasty attitude
Terrible checkin system. “ go to a desk with a green light.”. When I arrived, there was only one desk with a green light, and there was already a client there. There were several clients standing around. At desk five, the woman was extremely rude to me and a few others when inquiring who should go next amongst ourselves( clients). A while ago, I came here after feeling very pressured at a nearby location to get the Mirena IUD - being told that it would be "perfect" for me. I was told that it was being suggested for me specifically because I am transgender. I had the Mirena IUD inserted and a Pap Smear done while under general anesthesia.
