Performed my sinus surgery to fix my deviated septum. They were extremely efficient, helpful, made the process very comfortable and easy as well as the result being better than I imagined. World class, much love!
Peter van der riet should have his license taken away immediately. With the reviews he has, I do not understand why Saratoga hospital keeps him on staff. I am a 78 year old woman and he wanted to know if I was going to "slap him around." His staff is no better with attitudes that belong no place that they have to deal with other people.
Charged me 300.00 to look at my nose with a camera and say "yup it's dry" had me use ointment and told me to come back same time 2 weeks later to check it again. Went back today, they changed my appointment without me knowing so from a Friday to a Thursday. The major cause to be transparent was extremely frequent nose bleeds and I wanted to get it cauterized cause I've been dealing with it most of my life. Go figure they want to use medicine first rather than do what I know will work.
I would like to give them less than one star but I didn’t get past the reception desk due to them booking my appointment at a different time then I was told! Step one, learn to tell time . Horrible organization! United States marine veterans don’t deserve your lack of care. If you mess up , you fix it . Not ship them off!
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. I have never left a negative review before because I do beleive in giving people the BOD, especially in healthcare where we are all exhausted, but this was imperative!!!!
