I was so scared of hospitals but Saratoga made me feel like I was welcomed. Staff were great and the food was good to my surprise. I would recommend to all.
Terrible experience with this hospital. After a serious operation the nurses never helped me go to the bathroom. The nurse wanted me to roll over on the side where I had the operation which I wasn't supposed to do. I had to beg the nurse to take out the I.V. because my arm was swollen. I had to beg the staff to discharge me from 9 am until 2pm. I wasn't discharged until 2;45 pm. After I was discharged the nurse said wait I still have to take out your I.V. when I didn't have one in me The nurse took us to the lobby and left. ... read more

I was never ever disappointed in my life today at your ER. My husband was there 3 times in 9 days. His name is John Lansburg. His 1st incident was on 4th. He went into a diabetic coma & had so many seizures & his sugar drop down to 30& bp was low. Yes that day they work wonderful with him & brought everything back up to normal. They released him later that day. The 2nd incident was he hurt the shin on his left leg the next day. 2 days later he went to Malta Med.
