I cannot recommend this office highly enough! Dr. Routsi and his wife, Dot Weir, knew their stuff but also took a pain away from an open wound I had for a month before. They are kind, professional and caring people.

Dr. Routsi and his staff saved my husband's foot. He was faced with amputation because of a covid blood clot. After leaving the Vascular doctors office, we remember seeing the tv commercial for the center and called them from the car in the doctor's parking lot. We explained what was happening and they told us to come up right away. That day started his healing thanks to Dr. Routsi and his staff. Saratoga Hospital should be proud of the program, level of care and compassion the Center provides to its patients.

My daughter had a stage 4 pressure ulcer that this center was supposedly treating. She was waiting months and months for a surgery that was actually never going to happen (the one and only one surgeon in this center, that does reconstructive surgery ,suddenly left) This center never even looked for an infection in the bone--which she had for months. They didn't even know enough to do a CT Scan to look. Instead, they took an x-ray, which Brigham and Womens Hospital explained was "worthless when it comes to these wounds". A on... read more

I don't like the new gatekeeper experience to see the podiatrist. Used to be more direct at old location, smaller practice, just preffered the lesser wait & better waiting areas. This new place is not as cozy or direct, nor as quick in getting you into your appt. It's a soulless health center type location with no character at all & uncomfortable waiting areas. Too many doctors & patients. Just not a fan of this place to see Dr Jones now.
