I have had a very poor experience with this company. A classic "bait and switch". I DO NOT recommend them either to live in any of their communities or to be one of their investors. I have worked with many similar companies in the past, and have not had even close to the terrible experience that I had with Saratoga Group. They do not operate with integrity.
I question the morals of this company based on how often they threaten eviction I made a error on my checking account and they had no way to restart the ACH process instead they want me to use paylease at Walmart which has a $4 processing fee so I can't pay online but they sent me a7 day payment notice and they had paylease draft a $25 dollar fee but paying by debit card or credit card also has convince fees I feel like all they care about is money and they won't work with you or help solve problems they just threaten evicti... read more

Avoid this company as much as possible they are very corrupt all they care about is money they even have committed tax fraud on several occasions and screwed their former employees by doing so I know several who got in trouble with IRS because of the company taking advantage of their ignorance If you are a renter on one of their properties they will refuse to help or make excuses on maintenance they have several lawsuits against them on several things that are considered to be health hazards that they are responsible of fixi... read more
Property the trailer I bought is sitting on property that was never cleaned up. Paint can and large buckets of paint broken bricks logs and a structure build around tree. Tried to clean got covered in cigars cut the grass that Day. Owners left mess on property. Then demanded the we cut yard. Per her inspection Paige left notice she would fine us 10 00 dollars a day if not cut today. Cause it has been raining. And will be raining tomorrow. My lease says no taller than 3" inches.
