Violated our lease and ada care plan they agreed too with the VA upon lease and home purchase. Moved in a sex offender against lease and said care plan. Wife and I both violent SA victims. When we complained we were forcibly evicted by armed civilians in 27 days. We are now suing in federal court. McLain v Sedgwick County et al.
I admire this company’s culture.
I found Orange Park Mobile Home and the park mgr Stanley Walker helped me as i was living out of state and made the process so easy. My fiance & I rented to own and now it's ours and I have to say that living in the park is nice and quiet and if we ever need anything it addressed and taken care of. I have had a very poor experience with this company. A classic "bait and switch". I DO NOT recommend them either to live in any of their communities or to be one of their investors. I have worked with many similar companies in the past, and have not had even close to the terrible experience that I had with Saratoga Group. They do not operate with integrity.
I question the morals of this company based on how often they threaten eviction I made a error on my checking account and they had no way to restart the ACH process instead they want me to use paylease at Walmart which has a $4 processing fee so I can't pay online but they sent me a7 day payment notice and they had paylease draft a $25 dollar fee but paying by debit card or credit card also has convince fees I feel like all they care about is money and they won't work with you or help solve problems they just threaten evicti... read more
