If I could leave zero stars, I would. Our experience with Romeo Ford in Saratoga, NY has been nothing short of appalling. We brought in our company truck, which has only 20,000 miles, for a ball joint replacement that should have been fully covered under warranty. Initially, we were told everything would be taken care of—no issues, all under warranty. Based on that, we dropped the truck off. Then the story changed. A Ford dealership that can’t work on Fords deserves a one star they told me to go to a place called Mackie auto group down the street and they were so rude and disrespectful. I won’t be going to this dealership nor whatever that place was that they sent me to I’ll be giving my business from now on to the dePaula ford Maybe they can handle the Weight of my F350!

Saratoga Ford and specifically Nicole were excellent. My Family and I had an emergency failure with my 2015 F350 as we were driving through Saratoga. I called Saratoga Ford and spoke with Nicole and was able to fit us in same day and have one of the techs diagnos my truck, and was able to make the necessary repair (failed ground wire to the transmission module) During the 2 hours we were there, my family spent time in their waiting room, which was very clean and comfortable for a commercial service area.
