Nothing but praise for the team at Romeo ford of Saratoga commercial service center. Called this morning when they opened to inquire about a state inspection for my service truck for work. Spoke with Nicole who was extremely friendly and told me I could bring the equipment in for 9am. Showed up for my appointment and met Nicole at the service desk and she was very courteous and helpful. This is a review I never wanted to write, but I guess I have no choice. I've been going here for years with multiple Ford trucks and never had a problem. On 11/14/25 I brought my less than 1 year old f550 in to have snow tires put on. After they handed me the keys and I paid, I noticed every aluminum rim had deep scratches and gouges in it from the tire machine. Had our commercial dump truck towed and worked on at 2 other places before going to Romeo Ford. Romeo Ford correctly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it! Great company to work with!
