Horrible!!! Not the dentist, never seen him, but front desk. Had appt booked for April 22 this morning I said I had hoped for something sooner so I would see if I could find anything sooner with another before that because of the pain I am in and I would call back later today to confirm. When I called back, she said since I was uncertain, they booked another patient and now the earliest was May 13. I said that was just not right, how could they do that. As a referring dental provider I can tell you Dr. Vigliotti offers outstanding patient care and is one of my top choices for endodontics. He has a dedication to excellence and always puts the patient first. Other specialists may complete treatment regardless of whether it is in the patient's best interest; not so with Dr. Vigliotti.
I am a complete dental coward, so much so that I went literal DECADES without going to a dentist. A lot of it has to do with a phobia surrounding bone. I usually walk out of the dentist drenched in sweat even for a routine cleaning. I bring this up because when I needed (my first) two root canals in July 2024, after finding Saratoga Endodontic Care here on Google, reading the other reviews, and finding that they participated in my dental insurance provider, I decided to give them a try. Pros: very fast appt!! Cons: curt, borderline condescending. Ex me "well why would I be referred here for gum pain?" Him "how would I know, I wasn't there." Um how about a couple ideas since it's your specialty? Also they use a appointment billing code that's essentially obsolete so that insurance companies deny it and you pay full price cash. Per blue cross blue shield, this is common when providers want to show up in network but don't want to actually participate with the negotiated pricing associated with being in network... read more
Had my first root canal with Dr. Vigliotti recently and it was totally painless! I was super nervous due to my tooth being extremely sensitive. It was a quick procedure and he does a very good job calming you down. Front desk ladies are also very nice! Place was super clean, everyone was super friendly. I would highly recommend!
