I highly recommend this practice. Emily in reception was very kind and helpful. The doctor who did my procedure made it fast and painless. And they take Anthem insurance, which most dentists do not. 1000/10!
They were very good at working with me within the confines of my insurance policy, and the Doctor who did my procedure as well as the rest of the staff were very informative very helpful and very friendly
I do not recommend this practice, especially if you have a fear of the dentist... I was referred to Saratoga Endodontic Care by my dentist. I went for a consultation and the dental assistants & office staff were extremely caring and kind. However, after telling Dr. Vigliotti I have a extreme fear of the dentist, he said nothing. I asked that he not touch the tooth if possible because it is extremely painful and stated 'well, we have to do this thing called diagnosing, which we can't do with magic'. The customer service and care felt dismissive and impersonal. I asked questions about treatment priorities during my brief visit but left feeling it was more transactional than consultative. Follow-up calls were brief and scripted, and the doctor later informed me they would not be moving forward with my care. After reading other reviews, it seems my experience may not have been unique.
Very kind and professional office! Had a root canal done after complications with a tooth following a filling. Emily in reception was kind and made the process easy - as was Dr. Vigliotti, who completed the procedure quickly and easily and took the time to answer my questions. They even sent a little thank you card in the mail! Couldn't recommend more.
