Not sure why people are hating. I’ve always found the front desk staff very kind and helpful as well as the Pros program and other clinical staff. They’re quick with medication refills and setting up or changing appointments as needed. Best of all, they actually answer the phone when I’ve called.
WORTHLESS. Should be defunded. Waited on the wait list for ONE YEAR. Was told I was on a long wait list since I did not have insurance. After a year of waiting for help (and calling multiple times) they SUSPICIOUSLY called me the day after applying for medical coverage. Finally had insurance so I assumed my wait would be almost over and when I talked to a worker they said since I have insurance now, I am now ineligible for help. They keep changing what they say so you never get the help you need. Absolutely worthless. Hope o... read more
