Service made an over $3,000.00 mis-diagnoses on my van. Ripped the inside's apart around my engine, left some of my bolt's they took apart in their shop, left foam rubber hanging on my engine so it could start a fire because they Do Not Care! A long time customer I was sitting in the lobby with told me, they left all the lug nut's on her left front wheel untightened and her wheel nearly fell off. I wouldn't send you to their service dept. even if I didn't like you. Beware!!
I thought that Ron Pliscofsky was the worse Service Manager I have ever met. After assuring me at 8am Monday morning that my car was the top priority in the shop because it had already been back 3 times in the last 3 weeks for the same issue, my car was parked outside for two full days with no work being done on it. When I told Ron that it was wrong to push my repair to the back of the line, his response was, "you have a loaner car, don't you". I found that to be totally unacceptable. I went to get my tires rotated there and get some minor parts replaced they forgot to INSTALL A PART a bolt and to tighten the lug nuts! Some miles my tire FELL OFF! On the highway. Luckily I was not killed or injured. They refused to acknowledge that they had any involvement in this mishap. If you value your life I recommend you go elsewhere for your auto repair needs.
We just bought a new car from Roger Campbell at Saratoga Chrysler Jeep and he was superb to work with. He gave us a great deal. Go see him if your looking for a new or used car.

I bought my Jeep Sahara last December from Saratoga Chrysler and I Love Love it! The team was nice and very very helpful. Im not one to make a decision quickly and they were very patient with me. Roger Campbel did not try and push me one way or another but just gave me lots of information to help me make my decision. got a great car and a good deal but only giving three stars because our salesman (roger) made a mistake and it is going to cost me extra money.
they have worked on my jeep several times and i have been satisfied both times.
