Bob said he treated his customer’s cars like his own. I agree. He does things right and very much exceeded my expectations for an undercoating job. He sent reminders and shared photos as he worked. I will definitely come back for ceramic coat treatment.
Bob likes to take things to their Extreme! He takes a Great Deal of Pride in everything he does to your Vehicle. I can’t believe the difference,before and after in my Explorer ST! Black shows every imperfection and there were a lot. Many trip through Hoffman’s Car wash took its toll on this poor paint job! Bob is great to work with. He was so thorough in describing the process of undercoating and all about the product used. He sent me progressive pix and kept in touch throughout the process. He did an exceptional job and went above and beyond with my Subaru Ascent. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Saratoga Ceramic Coating!
Just had my 2024 GMC Yukon Denali done with an undercoat and full exterior ceramic coating, and it came out absolutely perfect. The shine and finish are incredible, and the protection gives me real peace of mind. Bob was awesome to work with—his communication and customer service were top-notch from start to finish. He kept me updated the whole way and made the process super easy. Couldn’t recommend Saratoga Ceramic Coating more—they truly care about their work and their customers!
