This place is awesome. They have the most friendliest staff around. I’ve never had a wait long for any type of service. I would recommend them 100%.
ASCPM and they’re amazing patient team from when you make a phone call to when you check in, the extreme sensitivity and care from each member was outstanding. I had total knee replacement July 2021 this July 1 made it five years of suffering with knee pain in the artificial joint. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Albany Saratoga Center for Pain Management and Dr. Ferrillo. My 87-year-old mother-in-law suffered an L1 compression fracture in June, and the pain completely changed her life. Before this happened, she was independent and able to take care of herself. My 87-year-old mother-in-law was diagnosed with an L1 compression fracture in June 2026. She was in extreme pain and unable to perform basic activities of daily living. We were told that healing on its own could take three to six months.
