I arrived for my appointment only to find they had cancelled it WITHOUT notifying me. The receptionist said that someone must have called, an electronic system she assured me. However, my digital answering machine had NO messages from them and after getting back home, I checked the caller ID's for the last 21 days just to be sure. They are very explicit in the information packet they give you that if a patient misses an appointment without 24 hours notice, they will be charged a fee of $50.
