I live in Sahara Sands Apartments managed by Saratoga Capital represented by Yolanda Moreno. I received two rent increase notice one in Feb2019 and another one Mar2019. While they are busy sending rent increase letters month after month, they never bothered to repair the serious issues reported more than a month.
