Just moved to Merced from the bay area with my girlfriend. This apartment complex is amazing. We got a refurbished apartment that is super spacey. Good pricing and our landlord Maria was super helpful getting everything set up. It is also pet friendly. Our two cats get lots of room to run around and seem to like the place as well.
I lived there for 4+ years . Complex is good taken care of. Fast response from manager and maintenance !
