Saratech is a fantastic team to work with for engineering services. Saratech's engineering team does a great job of communicating our project status. Their 3D print services team is very knowledgeable. They gave us input on how to fix the issue with our part so it will print correctly, in less time.
Well at least got the true color of the staffs. Nasty and hostile. Especially Brandon. I hope never to cooperate with a monster like him.

Probably the worst company I ever dealt with. Unreliable, unprofessional. It seems that they refuse to communicate via email so that there is no paper trail. Will tell sell you on one thing and then deliver something that is not functional. Everything is not their fault, will blame Siemens for everything. This is only talking about the sales department. Support is OK.
