The care and experience was very satisfactory at Sarat ford very good customer service. Yes.
Sarat Ford offered to pickup our Ford Edge for scheduled maintenance yet we drove it to Sarat and asked it it could be delivered. The maintenance was completed and we received a call when they had completed the maintenance. I can’t imagine services be as great as that like Sarat, yet we are Ford people and love our Edge.
My experience w/ Sarat Ford Service Department, has been exceptional. Jacob Malouin Service Specialist and John Gentile Service Manager have always been Professional, Personable and johnny on the spot to resolve any issue I may have had. They are assets to the Sarat Ford Dealership, and I highly recommend them.
