Besides this the club also hosts private events and is the home of the monthly Sailing Squadron Concerts. Great place to go sailing with very reasonable membership program! The clubhouse is very nice and laid back. Showers and restrooms are very clean and functional.

Thanks SSS for switching to alternatives to single use plastic in the clubhouse. Such an amazing venue, with spectacular views, and incredible access to our bay. Respecting the water of Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico by refusing single use plastic is in the best interest of all who love Sarasota🌊🌎🐠☀️💚 SSS LEADING THE WAY!
Such a lovely setting to perform folk music.....it made my very first Open Mic Night a dream come true! All my future venues will have a very high bar to meet. The breeze off the Bay together with the sunset were all but A movie material! Just heavenly....and the Chicken Band was so enjoyably interactive!
It is a very nice area well taken care of with many family friendly experiences.& memories Will be back
always nice going there, and they are always professional and curtious.
