On May 27th I ordered a couple of parts .I was told I would get a call when they arrived.On June 21st I called them to see if the the parts had arrived.I was informed the parts were there for weeks.I asked why no one called?The English sounding gentleman told me he had called multiple times.I asked him why I never saw SPS on my caller ID or why he would not leave a message?He had no reply but stuck to his story.If he would have simply apologized for someone dropping the ball,I would have been cool with that.But he stuck to h... read more
Not allowed to test ride a Vespa. What is that about?
Just purchased my 2nd bike from them. Very friendly and courteous staff. My sales lady Renee did an excellent job answering any questions I had and guiding me through the process. Also met sales manager and service manager and both were courteous and professional. Thanks to all of you. Love the Sportsman Hi Lifter!!!!!
I will not be giving my business to you again. You sent my bike out the door without checking to make sure it was safe. The requested repairs weren't completed properly and as a result I broke down on the road. Chad in service never called with updates when he said he would. I was charged for things I didn't request while things I did request weren't completed. I'm very unhappy with your customer service.
Picked up a Honda grom last Monday had it for a few days then swung into see about ordering some parts, parts did a great job looking up what I needed and ordering me the right stuff. And a big thanks to Brenden in the service department for putting everything on and setting it up to my liking and going over a few upgrades I should look into. So keep up the good guys!!!
