Service dept. is a joke. Adrian try’s to talk his way through everything. My RZR won’t ever go there for service again.

Been in the Moto x sport since approx 1980's. since my Son started racing in 2014 I have become more and more frustrated with dealers in general. Sarasota motorsports went out of their way to make my Son feel like the Champion he is. The whole crew came together, moved bikes out of the way in front of the store so my Son could get pictures with his new tc 85. Outstanding Customer Service! Friendly Staff all around cool people and we will be buying next years' bike from them as well.
I took my Nomad in for some service. Rocky was great setting a appoinment that matched my schedule. Work was done by Mark in a very effect time frame. Costs was more than reasonable. I will be back.
Kept the bike for over a week did nothing except change the oil. Tried to charge for a diagnostic but nothing was done. Adrian turned his back & walked away & said 'it is what it is' The parts manger at least knows the definition of customer service. Avoid at all cost, save yourself the aggregation.

Purchased an MT-09 from them today, and couldn’t be happier. Great price, coupled with an excellent and knowledgeable staff really made my buying experience great. I worked with Macon, Brad and Theresa, and they were awesome. I will definitely be a return customer.
